The amounts are gross monthly income: what was invoiced from bookings in a month, before deducting operating costs, platform fees and tax. They are not net profit or yield. The percentage and euro difference are calculated from the previous and current amounts.

The exact period for each comparison is documented in the agreement with the owner; here we only show before and after in the same unit.
