What types of property do you manage?
Tourist accommodation and short- or medium-term lets: flats, houses and small portfolios. If your case is different, tell us and we will say whether we can help.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Barcelona and the Maresme. We can review properties in Catalonia and elsewhere in Spain. Some work can be done remotely. On-site management depends on location and we confirm it before committing. We do not have local teams across all of Spain.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the property, the services and whether the work is one-off or ongoing. We do not publish a single rate because it would not reflect different cases fairly. The proposal sets out scope and terms.
Can I hire only some services?
Yes. You can ask for help with the listing, pricing or part of the operation without handing over full management.
Do you offer full management?
We can propose broader support, including co-hosting, when it fits the property and area. We first look at what is needed; it is not a requirement to get in touch.
How is progress tracked?
We agree what information you receive and how often: bookings, relevant issues and a read on results. The detail is part of the proposal.
